Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education.
• CPR/First Aid and Crisis Prevention training completed.
• Prior classroom aide/paraprofessional experience preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized academic, behavioral, and personal care support to a designated student.
• Assist under supervision of licensed educator in instructional activities.
• Promote independence and ensure safety and consistency during the school day.
• Support inclusion of IEPs and BIPs.
