Responsibilities

• Assists in delivering instructions to students.
• Carrying out instructional plans as designated by the classroom teacher(s) and, if appropriate, students’ IEPs.
• Assists classroom teachers in preparing teaching aids and materials.
• Helps students individually and in groups with lesson assignments to reinforce learning concepts.
• Maintains an orderly classroom environment and supports safe supervision of all students.
• Attends required meetings and in-services; supports school policies and procedures.
