Campbell Union High School District is seeking classroom aide pool candidates to support a certificated teacher in the instruction and supervision of a student with specialized needs. Qualified applicants will assist with IEP goals, daily activities, and transitions; training may be provided. 206 days/year, 11 months, 6 hours/day, with bilingual incentives available.

To assist a certificated teacher in the instruction and supervision of an individual special education student by assisting with instructional support and child care activities and prescribed specialized one-on-one services. Employees in this classification receive direct to general supervision from a certificated teacher within a well-defined framework of policies and procedures. Where appropriate, employees in this classification will receive training and indirect supervision by district nurse or professional in the performance of specific medical procedures. This job class provides responsible support and follow-through activities as specified in the student's Individual Educational Plan (IEP).
