Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Special Education Aide to join our team in a school setting. You will assist with implementing IEP goals, supporting students, and collaborating with teachers and families to monitor progress.

• Execute support in servicing the Individualized Education Plans (IEP) for each of the students in your care.

• Use individualized reinforcement techniques to keep each student on the path toward greatness.
• Support the classroom teacher in the areas of behavior reinforcement and academics.
• Create a safe, productive classroom environment.
