The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 48 college hours or a passing score on the Para Professional Assessment, with Texas Educational Aide Certification preferred. The role requires effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 48 college hours or a passing score on the Para Professional Assessment.
• Texas Educational Aide Certification preferred or required to obtain once hired.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students with disabilities.
• Assist with classroom management.
• Record implementation of services on approved logs.
• Assist students with personal care services.
