Job summary

Kyrene Elementary School District is hiring an Education Support Professional position–a classroom assistant for students with special needs at Waggoner Elementary. The role is anticipated for the 26/27 school year, 32 hours per week over 194 days, with band A12 and a starting rate of $18.11/hour plus a $0.50/hour stipend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year experience in a school or with children with special needs.
• Experience supervising children preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality of student, school, teacher, and parent information.
• Willingness to participate in training sessions and obtain IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
