• Adapt and accommodate students' academic programming as developed by the SPED teacher
• Follow each student's behavioral plan and the classroom behavior management plan
• Maintain a functional, organized classroom environment conducive to learning
• Provide support with clerical tasks, playground supervision, and bus loading/unloading
• Promote and model safe, respectful behaviors and social interactions
• Record and monitor data on academic and behavior programming
