Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Special Care Nursery. You will perform assessments, administer meds, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians to optimize care. The role requires MA RN license, BSN encouraged, and Level II B Special Care Nursery experience.

Schedule is 30 hours/week, day shift with weekend and holiday rotations. Winchester Hospital is a Magnet-designated, top regional facility; BILH is a large integrated health system

Qualifications

Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
