Job summary

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking candidates for the Special Agent role, where analytical thinking, data analysis, and disciplined judgment drive national security. You will apply your background to investigate cyber threats, terrorism, fraud, and other crimes while maintaining physical fitness and readiness.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens with a bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in education or a related field) and the ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university.
• Must be a U.S. citizen for employment eligibility.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret SCI Clearance.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct investigations of potential violations of federal laws, cybersecurity, and public safety.
• Exercise judgment, resourcefulness, and versatility in meeting investigative demands.
• Create and maintain liaison relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement agencies.
• Maintain physical fitness to perform law enforcement duties.
