A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an Engineering Maintenance & Utilities Specialist in West Point, Nebraska. The role involves providing technical support for manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. A competitive salary of $85,600 - $134,800 is offered with hybrid work opportunities.
This position would serve Building 50 and Building 51 and any other building that is under the responsibility of supervisory code SP-05 or Planning group PL-50. Our Engineers support internal and external manufacturing operations remain operational, continuously improve and innovate. With our extensive range of facilities and environments, our Engineers have opportunities across many diverse areas including Biological, Chemical, Automation, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Safety, Process Development, Technical Services, Utilities and Validation. We are seeking a growth and improvement minded Engineering Maintenance & Utilities Specialist that can help drive our Strategic Operating Priorities.
NOTE:This is for a future Third shift Position.
3rd Shift (12:00 am to 8:00 am)
This position will initially start on First shift and establish the processes and systems needed to support 3rd shift for a new building. The scheduled workdays for the position will start Monday through Friday, but will need to support future building operations in the future on Saturday and Sunday (Depending on additional support and needs for the building).
The EMU Specialist is an individual contributor, under the supervision of a Senior Specialist or Associate Director.

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. The salary range for this role is $85,600.00 - $134,800.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
