Job summary

You will monitor quality and communicate issues, while following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workstation. You will enter production data in ME and SAP, assist with line changes, and perform preventative maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Change out rolls and cores, operate winders, unwinders, belt press, calendar, lacquer, stacking equipment.
• Responsible for personal safety and participating in plant safety process.
• Enter data into ME and SAP.
• Inspect and monitor quality of processed material.
• Call for correct wear layer, and film rolls per production schedule in the ME system.
• Activate roll transfer from AGV to machine.
• Splice new roll into existing roll per standard operating procedure.
• Perform perfect splices every time.
• Adjust tensions as needed based on process.
• Setup core for new roll.
