Job summary

Simply Spatial is seeking a Technical Consultant – Spatial Intelligence & Solution Delivery to lead GIS solution design and delivery for mission-critical projects in the public and private sectors. You will architect dashboards, maps, and data workflows while guiding a team of engineers and analysts in a client-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of professional experience delivering GIS and spatial technology solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Experience designing and delivering Experience Builder apps, dashboards, web maps, and Survey123 workflows.
• Experience with spatial data modeling, schema design, and QA and QC practices.
• Experience building or supporting automation, integrations, or data pipelines.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery and client engagements.
• Ability to travel 20 to 30 percent for workshops, deployments, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS solution design and delivery across client projects from discovery through implementation.
• Architect and deliver applications including Experience Builder apps, dashboards, web maps, Instant Apps, StoryMaps, and Survey123 workflows.
• Lead spatial data modeling, data cleanup, QA and QC, and schema design.
• Design and deliver ETL workflows, data pipelines, and integrations between GIS, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Lead API-based and system-to-system integrations for operations and decision-support workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and review work for quality and consistency.
• Apply AI, Spatial AI, and automation to solve business challenges and improve operations.
