Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to hotel standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property and services to assist guests.
• Stock rooms with amenities and report missing items.
• Identify items left by guests and report per lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
