Job summary

Rampart Realty is seeking a reliable Office Cleaner to help keep our corporate office clean, organized, and presentable. This role covers restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and work areas with daily cleaning and light maintenance.

You will work independently and take pride in delivering quality results in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has attention to detail, can lift up to 25 lbs, communicate clearly, and may speak English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Good communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas daily.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, and conference rooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Wipe down and disinfect desks, countertops, doorknobs, and high-touch surfaces.
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify when supplies need reordering.
• Follow all safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals properly.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and other duties as assigned.
