Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Spare Parts Specialist in Chalfont, PA, to support the Spare Parts department. You will process purchase orders, manage communications with customers, and collaborate with shipping, purchasing, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will use Salesforce, Sytline 9 ERP, and Excel to track orders, create reports, and maintain data quality. A hybrid schedule is offered, with onsite days and remote work options.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role as operational buyer, planner or in an MRP environment. Proficient in using systems to track orders, data, and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase orders and work with customers to meet revenue goals.
• Coordinate with shipping and purchasing to ensure timely shipments.
• Answer emails from customers regarding spare parts requests.
• Manage purchase orders in Salesforce, Sytline 9 ERP and Excel.
• Create reporting on spare part activities.
• Update Team SharePoint with work in progress and issue resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Handle high volume requests with problem-solving strategies.
• Maintain ERP/inventory records ensuring data quality and traceability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to remove blockers and ensure timely order fulfillment.
