Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Required NJ state teacher certification (Standard Certificate, CE, CEAS) or eligible for reciprocity.
• Experience and comfort working directly in an urban classroom setting.
• Documented experience using data-driven instruction to achieve student gains.

Responsibilities

• Creates and adapts lesson plans to maximize instructional time.
