Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist to represent the Spectrum brand in our stores. You will promote and sell our Internet, TV, mobile, and voice services, while delivering outstanding customer care and meeting sales targets.

The role offers a base of $18.00/hour with potential to earn up to $23.26/hour through commission and incentives, plus perks including free and discounted services. Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Cash handling and sales experience is preferred.
• Basic math and computer literacy are required.
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills are expected.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on Spectrum products and services.
• Build positive relationships and overcome objections while conveying the value of our offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum pricing, promotions and visual standards.
• Deliver a welcoming store atmosphere, adhere to policies, resolve issues, and participate in training programs.
