Job summary
Behavior Tech in Patterson, NJ is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1-on-1 with a 10-year-old boy after school. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, offering flexible evenings as a great side-hustle.
You will mentor the child with ABA techniques, practice Spanish, and see real progress in a supportive home-like setting in Paterson, NJ 07501.
Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking and bilingual communication with a child.
- Experience delivering one-on-one behavior therapy.
- Paterson, NJ area familiarity is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions with a 10-year-old boy.
- Conduct sessions during weekday evenings as scheduled.
- Monitor progress and communicate with caregivers.
