Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance and benchmarks.
• Mentor new hires and assist peers as needed.
• Adhere to store policies and paperwork procedures; ensure accuracy of cash handling and inventory.
• Master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning) and review sales paperwork for discrepancies.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure timely completion of checklists when opening/closing the store.
