This Spanish-speaking only role supports pediatric patients and requires providing direct patient care under RN supervision, following the care plan, and collaborating with a team to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) currently licensed in the state.
• Experience in community/home health or medical/surgical settings preferred.
• Current LPN or LVN license in the state.
• Adheres to professional standards and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Implements the plan of care and delivers treatments.
• Documents accurately and timely per the plan of care.
• Educates patient and family about diagnosis and care plan.
• Coordinates with other disciplines and team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the RN.
