AMERICAN HOME HEALTH AGENCY in Orlando, FL is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our home health team on a PRN basis. You will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of an RN, delivering compassionate, personalized care and reporting changes accurately.

• Currently licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Florida.
• Prev. home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification current.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in home according to plan.
• Evaluate patient needs and communicate findings to supervising RN.
• Administer meds and treatments; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Document all patient care activities and changes promptly.
• Maintain communication with the interdisciplinary team and follow care instructions.
