Job summary

Mindify Wellness and Care seeks a compassionate behavioral health professional to provide services at a partner adult day care center in Cherry Hill, NJ, with telehealth options. Onsite 1–3 days weekly, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, plus telehealth based on need.

We welcome MSWs, LSWs, LACs, LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and other eligible providers, including new grads, with Spanish language skills preferred. Compensation is $35-$45 per completed session for a part-time independent contractor role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active New Jersey behavioral health credentials or eligible for supervision.
• Professional Spanish-language communication skills preferred.
• Ability to provide onsite services in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services at a partner adult day care center and through telehealth when applicable.
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and/or group counseling within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Utilize evidence-based and person-centered treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with other care team members.
• Support clients in achieving treatment goals and well-being.
