Job summary

ABA SHINE in California is seeking a passionate Spanish-speaking Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team delivering early intervention services for young learners. You will work directly with families, collaborating with RBTs/BTs and mid-level staff, coaching caregivers and providing evidence-based ABA services in a three-tier model.

The role is part-time or full-time, in-person with flexible work-from-home options, and offers an hourly rate of $90–$95.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as BCBA.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred.

ABA SHINE is seeking a passionate and experienced Spanish‑speaking Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team specializing in early intervention services for RCEB and CCHP clients (no CCS clients). In this unique role, you will work directly with young learners and their families, working with a team of RBTs, BTs, or mid-level staff, implementing the three‑tiered model to deliver both evidence‑based caregiver coaching and direct ABA services. This hands‑on approach allows you to provide consistent, high‑quality, evidence‑based interventions while empowering caregivers with the tools and strategies needed to support their loved ones’ growth and success during their most critical developmental years.

Compensation

Your hourly rate for this position will be $ 90- $ 95 per hour

As a full-time employee, you will be paid on a bi-weekly basis, and your hours will be tracked and submitted to our payroll department.
