Correa Law is seeking a Spanish-speaking Associate Attorney for its Chicago, IL office. Open to 0–3 years’ experience or a practitioner transitioning practice areas, with a robust training program to accelerate learning.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 per year and includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and sick pay. The firm is growing and expanding to a second office in the Western suburbs.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois or scheduled to sit for the July 2026 Illinois Bar Exam.
• Fluent in Spanish and English to serve our primary market.

Responsibilities

• Estate Planning: Meet with clients and design customized estate plans.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Appear on court calls for estate administration and guardianship cases.
• Estate & Trust Administration: Prepare informal estates, manage trust administration tasks, and use firm templates.
• File Management: Maintain and manage client files from intake to resolution.

Qualifications:

Critical Requirements

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, OR a recent law graduate scheduled to sit for the July 2026 Illinois Bar Exam.
• Language: Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required to serve our primary target market.
