Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a 6-year-old boy with autism in Brentwood, NY.

You will work one-on-one with the child on Tue, Wed, and Fri from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, earning $25-30 per hour based on experience. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, have experience with autism, and are comfortable addressing challenging behaviors while keeping a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and experience with autism in-home ABA services.
• Spanish-speaking required; ability to work with a 6-year-old child.
• Comfortable handling challenging behaviors and maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one with the 6-year-old boy in his home.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
