Job summary

KSS Spanish Immersion Preschools in the Bay Area is seeking a passionate Spanish-immersion preschool teacher to support bilingual development and inclusive learning. The role focuses on creating a welcoming classroom, nurturing children’s growth, and collaborating with families and colleagues.

You will foster curiosity, implement developmentally appropriate practices, and contribute to a joyful, culturally rich learning community for PK2 through TK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 12 ECE credits.
• At least 2 years of early childhood education experience.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• BA or MA in child development, or related field, strongly preferred.
• Experience with Reggio Emilia strongly preferred.
• Background check and health screening including immunizations required.

KSS Spanish Immersion Preschools provide a nurturing, play-based environment for children ages 2 to 6 (PK2 through Transitional Kindergarten) across four convenient Bay Area locations. Our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum is fully immersive in Spanish, helping children develop confidence, creativity, and strong language skills alongside social and cognitive growth. YOUR ROLE AS A SPANISH-IMMERSION PRESCHOOL TEACHER

Requirements

• For this role you will be also be required to pass a background check, provide a Health Screening Report completed by a physician, which includes your Immunization Record, Flu Vaccinations and current TB Test Results
