Job summary

TDI is seeking a Spanish-Language Analyst, due diligence & investigations, to lead and support client deliverables including due diligence, investigations, and market entry analyses. Strong Spanish proficiency and regional experience in Latin America or Spanish-speaking markets are required.

The role emphasizes investigative research, high-quality reporting, and compliance with information management policies in a Washington, DC, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in international relations, political science, regional studies, business or related area of study.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in due diligence or investigations.
• Experience or expertise in OSINT, SOCMINT, or fraud preferable.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a diverse portfolio of investigative projects including open-source due diligence, investigations, business intelligence, and market entry research.
• Producing high-quality narrative reports addressing client needs and providing solutions based on research and analysis.
• Gathering and interpreting confidential information within time and budget constraints.
• Managing the production lifecycle: scope, schedule, profitability, and quality from tasking to close-out.
• Ensuring proper handling and storage of sensitive information per IMS policies and guidelines.
• Guiding teams to meet compliance standards and coordinating with IT on nonconformities.
