Job summary

Language Services Associates is seeking Spanish interpreters to support LEP communities in the Belle Mead, NJ area. As a member of LSA’s network of independently contracted interpreters, you will facilitate communication across diverse settings.

LSA continually accepts qualified interpreters for a wide range of assignments. LSA values confidentiality, professionalism, and reliable on-site availability, with assignments requiring travel and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• At least 1 year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry certifications (CMI, CCHI, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct and confidentiality.
• Follow policies and industry standards for interpretation.
• Meet client clearance requirements.
• Report on site to assigned assignments promptly.
• Have access to personal or public transport.
