Job summary

The Baltimore Montessori Canton, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Spanish Enrichment Teacher for Early Childhood Education on a part-time schedule. You will develop and implement age-appropriate Spanish curriculum, plan engaging activities, and assess student progress with a supportive team.

Qualifications include a High School diploma, 1 year of Spanish instruction experience, and strong communication skills with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• Some college in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (CDA could be considered).
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing Spanish instruction is preferred.
• Experience with multiple age groups (infant to age 5) is preferred.
• Strong communication with parents and staff is essential.
• Passion for Early Childhood education and a collaborative, creative approach is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain child safety and well-being at all times.

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School diploma
• Some college in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education Education CDA preferred
• 1 year of experience providing Spanish instruction
• 1 yr experience with multiple age groups, in Early or Elementary education, from infant to age 5 preferred
• State-specific requirements
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
