Cellular World is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the best wireless, wearables, tablets and connected services. You will promote AT&TDIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, Internet bundles, and device protection while building a total solution for clients.

A strong emphasis on customer experience and achieving sales goals is required. The role offers base pay with commissions and a monthly bonus, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass background.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Must be available most weekends, early evenings and holidays.
• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Build total solution for customers across wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and targets.
• Deliver an extraordinary customer experience and tailor solutions to fit each customer, family, or business.
• Assist store leadership with store operations and duties and support team collaboration.
• Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
