Job summary

CTC Group seeks Spanish-speaking language analysts to support intelligence operations. Roles include Cryptologic Linguist, MDLA, OLA, or SIGINT Analyst, translating, analyzing, and interpreting voice and graphic materials for operational value.

You will produce intelligence reports and briefings, collaborating with SIGINT analysts to support planning and decision-making. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required, with extensive cryptologic language processing experience.

Qualifications

• One year experience typing on an English keyboard.
• Two years full-time experience performing cryptologic language processing in the required language.
• Primary duties include translating, transcribing, and gisting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• DLPT or similar language proficiency exam with minimum scored levels.
• Four years full-time cryptologic operations language processing experience.
• Two of the four years must be within the past four years.
• In lieu of an Associate's Degree, six years of related work experience allowed.
• Three skill level in at least one DLPT modality.
• Ten years total cryptologic language processing/related experience.
• One of the ten years shall be within the past six years.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; substitute four years of related experience for fourteen years total.
• Three DLPT: 3/3 or 2/3 in at least one modality.
• Fifteen years total cryptologic experience; one of the fifteen within past six years.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; substitute four years of related experience for nineteen years total.
• Three DLPT: 3/3 in Listening/Reading.

Responsibilities

• Translate, transcribe, and gist complex written and spoken materials.
• Recover and document EEIs and other reportable intelligence.
• Quality control translations and transcripts for linguistic accuracy.
• Provide cultural, regional, and contextual analysis.
• Produce clear intelligence reports, summaries, and briefings.
• Collaborate with SIGINT analysts and multi-disciplinary teams.
