Job summary

Cellular World is seeking a Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Consultant in Mount Pleasant to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals. You will work with wireless, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection, and may promote DIRECTV, DIRECTV Stream, and Internet to complete customer experiences.

Qualifications

Must have a great, outgoing personality.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
Must be available most weekends, early evenings and holidays, as these are our peak selling periods.
Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

Build a total solution for customers to meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
Sell a portfolio of wireless products, wearables, tablets, connected car, accessories, and device protection.
Seamlessly offer AT&T/DirectTV entertainment options to complete the customer experience.
Provide extraordinary customer service and represent the company with professionalism.
Assist store leaders with operations and duties and collaborate with fellow consultants.
