Mobile Generation LLC in Miami is seeking a Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on Verizon products and services and guide them through the sales process, delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

The role offers strong base pay with uncapped commissions, a flexible schedule, health plan, 401k savings program, paid time off, a great team atmosphere, growth opportunities, and rewards from sales contests throughout the year.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations across the Midwest.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
