Mobile Generation LLC seeks a Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on Verizon products, guide them through the sales process, and drive sales at our Cobb Parkway location. • 1+ years of retail experience.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail and wireless products and customer service.
• Ability to travel to locations across the Midwest as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

The Spanish Bilingual Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate for Mobile Generation will be responsible for:

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.

• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Complete all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Mobile Generation is looking for candidates with:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
