Quality Talent Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate - Spanish Bilingual for a major US telecom retailer. You will use your Spanish skills to engage customers, identify needs, and drive in-store sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships, recommend solutions, and close sales while supporting merchandising and inventory tasks. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and a proven sales record.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience (work or military).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong background in sales or commission-based sales within retail or related industries.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule set 4 weeks in advance).
• Ability to pick up extra shifts during peak retail periods.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
