AuraOne seeks a Spanish-Language Consumer Reviewer to evaluate model outputs remotely for AI evaluation and annotation, applying a versioned rubric to label edge cases and provide structured feedback for retraining.

As an independent contractor, you will compare paired responses, justify stronger answers, and flag issues with clear reasoning. Flexible hours, US-eligible remote work, and ongoing calibration are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluation or annotation of Spanish-language content.
• Able to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning citing the rubric clause applied.
• Strong attention to detail and prompt issue flagging.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Spanish generalist evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with a rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Document ambiguous prompts and route to the program team for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes for model improvement.
