SpaceX is hiring a Spaceport Operations Specialist to lead housing accommodations, transportation, and campus amenities. You will develop customer service strategies, train teams, and ensure high living standards for Spaceport Village across multiple facilities.
The role requires 2+ years in hospitality/operations, strong communication, and the ability to manage vendors, schedules, and onboarding. Willingness to travel and relocate to Starbase, Texas is expected.

SPACEPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - HOTEL OPERATIONS
The role of a Spaceport Operations Specialist will be to provide leadership to the organization’s housing accommodations, transportation, site amenities, and customer service activities. You will help develop and implement effective customer service strategies and training programs. The duties of Spaceport Operations Specialist will include but are not limited to: coordinating service operations, monitoring and motivating staff, ensuring excellent customer service, engaging with customers, hiring and developing talent, ensuring team is current with all mandatory company trainings, scheduling and payroll, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new staff, setting and upholding customer service principles. The Spaceport Operations Specialist will support the mission by providing a foundation of understanding for excellent customer service and quality of living and visiting accommodations that boost morale and productivity within SpaceX.
