Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in thermal testing and fluid system design. Qualifications
3+ years of experience with thermal test experience in a high-rate manufacturing environment.
2+ years of experience with sizing and testing fluid systems including pumps, valves, accumulators, and heat exchangers.
Strong experience with thermal and TVAC testing including setup, instrumentation, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Design active and passive thermal control systems using heat transfer equations.
Plan and develop thermal cycle and thermal-vacuum testing campaigns.
Setup, commission, and maintain test stands and instrumentation.
Skills
Thermal test experience
Sizing and testing fluid systems
Data acquisition for thermal and power applications
Thermal testing troubleshooting
Designing test fixtures (NX/AutoCAD)
