Job summary

Quantum Space is seeking a Test Conductor to plan, coordinate, and execute spacecraft hardware and software testing. You will serve as the central point of coordination during integrated test activities, ensuring objectives are met safely and efficiently.

This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering, hardware, software, and mission assurance, requiring strong problem-solving, clear communication under pressure, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex test

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or related technical discipline.
• 2–5+ years in aerospace, defense, spacecraft, or related high-reliability systems.
• Experience planning, executing, or supporting integrated hardware/software test operations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, ICDs, and telemetry definitions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and test activities during spacecraft and subsystems testing.
• Develop and execute detailed test procedures, plans, scripts, and operational sequences.
• Monitor telemetry, test equipment, and system health during tests.
• Maintain configuration control and ensure adherence to procedures and test requirements.
• Support TRRs, design reviews, and mission readiness activities.
