Job summary

Firefly Aerospace is seeking a Structural Dynamics Engineer to conduct analysis, modeling, and validation of spacecraft environments. This position offers the opportunity to influence design decisions and mentor junior engineers while working with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in spacecraft or launch vehicle structural dynamics.
• Demonstrated experience with Craig‑Bampton model reduction and coupled loads analysis.
• Proven track record deriving dynamic environments and supporting environmental testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural dynamics analysis including random vibration simulations.
• Support definition and verification of dynamic environments.
• Conduct test‑analysis correlation using vibration and acoustic data.
