Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 4+ years of opto-mechanical assembly experience.
• 4+ years in a production environment (aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opto-mechanical and electromechanical assembly work.
• Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
• Use optical metrology tools to check quality of optical assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and rework optical assemblies.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to improve assembly rate and efficiency.
• Work with engineers and QA on issue resolution and documentation updates.
• Record build data and ensure traceability per aerospace standards.
