Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Spacecraft Operator to support mission-critical national security space operations from the Palm Bay facility. You will assist day-to-day operations of a LEO satellite with an infrared payload, coordinating with the primary operations team and customers.

The role requires TT&C, telemetry analysis, commanding, and anomaly resolution, with the ability to provide real-time operational guidance and documentation for mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years in space ops.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience in SOC or space operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of LEO satellite with IR payload.
• Perform TT&C activities, telemetry analysis, and commanding.
• Develop and maintain operational products, procedures, and briefings.
• Coordinate activities across geographically separated teams and with customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical and operational briefings to leadership and teams.
