• Minimum 7+ years of experience in aerospace avionics PCBA assembly, rework, and troubleshooting, specifically with satellite or spacecraft flight hardware.
• Expert-level proficiency in advanced PCBA rework techniques.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex PCBA failures.
