Job summary

Intuitive Machines, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Assembly & Integration Technician to join our spaceflight hardware team. You will perform hands-on assembly of sensors, avionics, structures, wiring, and harnesses for lunar landers and satellites, ensuring quality and meeting project timelines.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of relevant experience, familiarity with torque wrenches and metrology tools, and a background in aerospace or defense.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of assembly and integration experience.
• Experience with hardware, electrical components, harnesses, sensors.
• Aerospace/defense/aviation experience is a plus.
• Proficient with torque wrenches, calipers, etc.
• Knowledge of materials, processes, fasteners, wiring and connectors.
• CAD software experience (AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on integration and assembly of vehicle components including sensors, avionics, structures, wiring, harnesses, and ground elements.
• Support subsystem-level assembly tasks such as torque prep, thermal tape application, heater installation, and recording torque values.
• Assemble components at the vehicle level, including primary structure integration, rigging and lifting, and documenting procedures.
