Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience planning, executing, monitoring, or analyzing tests for software, hardware, networks, or space missions.
• Ability to convert mission threads into test steps, readiness criteria, and results records.
• Ability to analyze test data, identify anomalies, and communicate required evidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for procedures, notes, and briefings.
• Ability to own a defined test activity and deliver on schedule under senior direction.
• Collaborate across programs with different baselines and test maturities.
• Work in a mission-driven hybrid environment in Colorado Springs, CO, with travel to Albuquerque, NM as needed.
• U.S. Citizenship with active secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission threads into testable objectives and evidence.
• Prepare test plans, procedures, checklists, data-collection plans, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate configurations, interfaces, and entry criteria across programs.
• Execute end-to-end and system-level test activities with hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensure evidence quality through instrumentation, synchronization, and logging.
• Review logs and telemetry to distinguish defects from environmental or data issues.
• Document outcomes, containment, and follow-on evidence requirements.
• Maintain rapid learning loop by routing results to defect reviews and readiness views.
• Support synchronized delivery and potential schedule adjustments.
• Develop or improve scripts, dashboards, and repeatable test assets.
