You will analyze system performance, develop test plans, and define evaluation criteria while collaborating with research and software teams to integrate simulation tools. A strong background in modeling, signal processing, and software development is essential, with leadership potential in complex projects.

Qualifications

• BS with 2+ years' experience, MS, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (US citizenship required).
• Experience with space defense programs and modeling, sensor systems, platforms, and ground systems.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or C/C++ for simulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and apply cutting-edge models and simulation frameworks to support test and evaluation of algorithms, command & control systems, and deployed software solutions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and technical leadership to understand system level requirements and broad objectives; summarize progress, report on findings and provide assessments.
• Support business development initiatives and proposal writing efforts, playing a key role in shaping the proposed technology solutions.
