Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, MA seeks Summer 2027 SRP interns to contribute to advanced space-system concepts under mentor guidance. Projects span testing components, automating data collection, and developing data-analysis algorithms for space payloads and related capabilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a strong academic background and be working toward a BS, MS, or PhD in mathematics, science, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Candidates should also demonstrate strong communications skills and the ability to work proactively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Testing and characterization of components for a space payload.
• Automation of high-speed instrumentation data collection and analysis.
• Running modeling and simulation tools.
• Operating flight systems in lab experiments.
