Job summary

Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is seeking a Lead Product Development Engineer to supervise PD Engineers and Technicians, conduct performance reviews, and resolve escalated issues. The candidate will maintain close communication with customers and team to deliver high-quality thermal management solutions.

Ideal applicants have a B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, hands-on DFM experience, and proficiency in SolidWorks (CAD/FEA) and CFD tools such as Autodesk Simulation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD, SolidWorks FEA, and CFD software (Autodesk Simulation, Fluent, Comsol).
• DFM/design for manufacturability experience; prototype fabrication/testing a plus.
• ITAR restrictions require citizen or eligible status (LPR/refugee/asylee).

Lead Product Development Engineer

• Supervise, mentor, and develop PD Engineers and Technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage staffing allocation.
• Resolve escalated customer or technical issues.
• Maintain frequent communication with customers and team members to resolve issues and provide exceptional products, solutions, and service.

We are looking for team players who enjoy working with customers, vendors, and co-workers to provide the best service and solutions. S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.

Technical Qualifications

• Proficiency in using commercial CAD (Solidworks), FEA (Solidworks) and CFD software (Autodesk Simulation, Fluent, Comsol)
• Hands-on experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and prototype hardware fabrication and testing is a plus!
• Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR restrictions.
