Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks an experienced SETA Software Integrator to support Space Systems Command’s Kronos and BMC3 portfolios. This on-site Colorado Springs role bridges government, industry, and program teams to transition cutting-edge capabilities from prototype to production for Space Force missions.

The ideal candidate has 14+ years in DoD-related disciplines or advanced degrees with substantial experience, including software integration, acquisition, and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years in DoD-related disciplines or advanced degrees with corresponding experience.
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, systems engineering, or technology transition.
• Experience integrating software, data, or operations into Programs of Record.
• Strong understanding of DoD processes, program management, systems engineering, and software lifecycles.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration for CSO-selected technologies with Space Force BMC3 initiatives.
• Track solutions through lifecycle: assessment, prototyping, testing, transition, deployment.
• Develop integration roadmaps, schedules, risk registers, dependencies, transition plans.
• Coordinate assessments, cybersecurity evaluations, demonstrations, interface development, and testing.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, contracting, software teams, and vendors to resolve challenges.
• Support transition activities: architecture updates, infrastructure, accreditation, sustainment, production readiness.
• Assist with SOWs, evaluations, cost estimates, strategies, and transition agreements.
• Maintain traceability of requirements, actions, risks, and tests using Jira/Confluence.
• Ensure integration of commercial capabilities into Programs of Record and operations.
• Provide recommendations to leadership for rapid capability fielding.
