Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Integration and Risk Engineer to help deliver OPIR ground systems for national security space missions. You will translate operational needs into technical specs and manage end-to-end integration across space and ground segments.

You will work with Booz Allen colleagues, military and cross-contractor teams to develop integration plans, define interfaces, and maintain program-level documentation. Secret clearance is required or pursued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DoD acquisition experience in space or ground segment.
• Experience drafting mitigation plans for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Experience with Jira or Confluence and MS Office.
• Experience authoring program-level docs (SEPs, cybersecurity strategy, risk plans).
• Experience leading large-scale SoS integration and interface definitions (ICDs).
• Experience tracking tasks and coordinating with schedulers and Scrum Masters.
• Experience briefing military leaders and government civilians.
• Knowledge of end-to-end system life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system integration plans for space and ground systems.
• Lead integration activities at system-of-systems, system, and element levels.
• Research new requirements, technologies, threats and apply integration methodologies.
• Collaborate with military, government civilians, cross-contractor teams.
• Deliver warfighter capabilities through integrated solutions.
